Terms of service

Agentic Design is provided by KORTEXYA SAS. Company and contact details are in our legal notice. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. The service is not directed to children under 16.

Current features and prices are described on the pricing page and at Stripe Checkout. Paid access starts when payment is confirmed. Features may evolve; if a material reduction affects an active paid term, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.

Usage limits shown in the product or checkout form part of the selected plan. Limits are measured per account and reset on the schedule shown there. Attempts to bypass limits or share a personal account may result in restricted access. The managed AI allowance is a hard service limit, not usage-based overage billing: we do not automatically charge more when it is exhausted. A request that reaches a model may consume allowance even if you stop it or the connection later fails. When the provider cannot return final usage, we may retain the bounded cost reserved for that request rather than treating potentially billed model work as free.

Stripe processes payments. Subscription prices, billing interval, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. A subscription renews automatically for the same interval until cancelled. You authorise Stripe to charge the saved payment method for each renewal.

You can cancel from the billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation of a future renewal is separate from the statutory withdrawal right described below. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded or prorated. Consumers retain all mandatory cancellation, conformity, and withdrawal rights available under the law that applies to them. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights.

If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from the date the subscription contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement before that period expires to contact@kortexya.com or by post to KORTEXYA SAS, 2 T Chemin des Juifs, 57070 Mey, France. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Checkout displays an immediate-access notice and requires acceptance of these terms. By completing checkout, you expressly request that the paid service begin immediately, before the 14-day period ends. If you then withdraw, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied before we received your notice, but only where applicable law permits it and the required pre-contract information and express request were provided. Starting access does not, by itself, remove your withdrawal right. Any loss of the right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium applies only when every statutory condition has been met, including any required express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation.

When a withdrawal is valid, we reimburse payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and without a reimbursement fee.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on it, especially for security, legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions. Agentic Design does not guarantee that generated material is unique or free of third-party rights.

If you connect your own model-provider key, you are also subject to that provider's terms and charges. You must have permission to submit all prompts, files, and other material you provide to the service.

You may not use Agentic Design to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or process data without a lawful basis;
• introduce malware, probe systems without authorisation, or interfere with service availability;
• bypass access controls, usage limits, or payment requirements;
• resell or systematically extract the service or catalog without written permission; or
• represent unreviewed AI output as professional advice or a guaranteed result.

You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant KORTEXYA a limited right to host, transmit, and process it only to provide, secure, and support the service. KORTEXYA and its licensors retain rights in the service, interface, software, and original catalog content. Any separate open-source licence displayed with source code continues to apply to that code.

We aim to operate a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a response-time guarantee unless a separate written agreement says so. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, non-payment, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, KORTEXYA is not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made from unreviewed AI output. For professional users, KORTEXYA's aggregate liability arising from the paid service is limited to fees paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Consumers may use the appointed consumer-mediation service identified in our legal notice after first submitting a written complaint to KORTEXYA and if the dispute remains unresolved.
