Terms of service

Agentic Design is provided by KORTEXYA SAS. Company and contact details are in our legal notice. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account. The service is not directed to children under 16.

Current features and prices are shown on the pricing page and at Stripe Checkout. Paid access begins when payment is confirmed. Features may evolve; where practicable, we will give reasonable notice if a material reduction affects an active paid term.

Product or checkout usage limits form part of the selected plan, are measured per account, and reset on the displayed schedule. Bypassing limits or sharing a personal account may restrict access. The managed AI allowance is a hard limit, not overage billing: exhaustion never triggers an automatic extra charge. A request that reaches a model may consume allowance even if stopped or disconnected. If final usage is unavailable, we may retain the bounded cost reserved for work the provider may have billed.

Referral rewards and discounts are discretionary promotions. Credit applies only to eligible subscription charges, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money. We may change or withdraw the program, and withhold rewards obtained through self-referral, fake accounts, or abuse.

Stripe processes payments. Price, interval, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled, and you authorise Stripe to charge the saved payment method.

Cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access normally continues to the period end. Every first purchase also carries the 14-day withdrawal right in section 5: within 14 days of the contract, you are refunded in full on request. Outside that right, and unless law requires otherwise, paid fees are not refunded or prorated. Report billing errors to contact@kortexya.com.

Consumers retain all mandatory cancellation, conformity, and withdrawal rights under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes them.

A consumer generally has 14 days after the subscription contract is concluded to withdraw without a reason. Before expiry, send an unambiguous statement to contact@kortexya.com or KORTEXYA SAS, 2 T Chemin des Juifs, 57070 Mey, France, or use the online withdrawal form at agentic-design.ai/withdrawal. The model form below is optional.

Checkout requests immediate access and acceptance of these terms. By paying, you expressly request that service begin before the 14-day period ends. If you withdraw, you may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied only where law permits and required information and express request were provided. Immediate access alone does not remove the right. Loss of the right for non-tangible digital content occurs only when every statutory consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation condition is met.

For a valid withdrawal, payments due are reimbursed without undue delay and within 14 days after notice, through the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it, especially for security, legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions. We do not guarantee that generated material is unique or free of third-party rights.

If you connect your own model-provider key, that provider’s terms and charges also apply. You must have permission to submit every prompt, file, and other item provided to the service.

You may not use Agentic Design to:

• break the law, violate rights, or process data without a lawful basis;
• introduce malware, probe systems without authorisation, or interfere with availability;
• bypass access controls, usage limits, or payment requirements;
• resell or systematically extract the service or catalog without written permission; or
• present unreviewed AI output as professional advice or a guaranteed result.

You retain ownership of submitted material and grant KORTEXYA a limited right to host, transmit, and process it only to provide, secure, and support the service. KORTEXYA and its licensors retain rights in the service, interface, software, and original catalog. Separate open-source licences shown with code continue to apply.

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or response times unless a separate written agreement does. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, non-payment, unlawful use, or serious breach.

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. Where law permits, KORTEXYA is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions based on unreviewed AI output. For professional users, aggregate liability from the paid service is limited to fees paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

French law governs these terms without removing mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Contact us before filing a claim so we can seek a direct solution. After a written complaint remains unresolved, consumers may use the appointed mediator identified in our legal notice.
